Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Stipulations and Timeframe:

Cano's Light It Up Co. offers physical services (electrician work, bids, quotes, expertise and skills), no products or digital goods. We give quotes and price estimations for our services, labor and material.

 

For jobs/bids we charge upfront fees or other costs depending on job, material, and time worked. We do not offer refunds for completed jobs.

If work or a project is cancelled after it has just begun, labor will be charged up to that point, materials installed/purchased, and potential loss of profit. Projects or material delivery that is cancelled or delayed are not legible.

 

Same-day or emergency services are non-refundable once our electrician is dispatched to the project location. Deposits are non-refundable if client cancels at any point before work start date or scheduled service time as it holds a designated slot for work. Services that are requested with a deposit given, check (cashier or sent) including materials or labor and related fees, for the means of being dispatched to a job where material is being delivered or otherwise is also non-refundable as our electricians cannot work without the material or funds for labor.

Please be advised; as an electrical company we are legally and contractually obligated to provide electrical/handyman services only. We will NOT be handling or managing funds to other suppliers or retailers if the client bought material themselves for us to work with, only. We do not manage funds to send over to other parties related to client. We accept payment thru cashier's check, Zelle and similar from our clients for our fees and labor- but any disputes or pricing with material from a third-party supplier/retailer (i.e. product bought for our electricians to work with client has requested specifically) we are not liable nor responsible for. By contracting us for work or signing our work contract(s) you agree to these terms and conditions.
